HARASSMENT djungel has the right to terminate any membership in the event that she feels a member is harassing her or any other member of the site at djungel. CREDIT CARD FRAUD Please note that a subscription to djungel is a legal and binding contract between the user and djungel, which is not revocable after the user has entered the private members' area and taken advantage of the benefits of membership. Submission of credit card information to tastycat.com and its online transaction processor ( iBill ) is equivalent to a legal signature; and all IP addresses will be retained to verify users' identities. Fraudulent use of credit cards can and will be prosecuted to the full extent of all applicable laws. Fraudulent use includes entering false credit card information and obtaining chargebacks when the credit card has NOT been stolen and the transaction has NOT been an error. Users must notify djungel via e-mail at admin@djungel.se prior to renewal date when they want to cancel membership. No refunds will be given. J. PASSWORD PIRACY Password piracy is theft. If someone tries to login into the members area from the same IP but fails to provide correct username/password 5 times within 20 minutes, their IP will get banned temporarily (few hours). if a member's username is used to login from 5 different IPs and 4 different browsers, this username will have its password deleted, thus preventing further access using this username. K. JURISDICTION In the event of a breach of these terms or conditions, the laws of the State of Nevada, County of Clark shall have jurisdiction over the dispute, and you hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. |
