If someone tries to login into the members area from the same IP but fails to provide correct username/password 5 times within 20 minutes, their IP will get banned temporarily (few hours). if a member's username is used to login from 5 different IPs and 4 different browsers, this username will have its password deleted, thus preventing further access using this username. K. JURISDICTION In the event of a breach of these terms or conditions, the laws of the State of Nevada, County of Clark shall have jurisdiction over the dispute, and you hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. |
